Privacy Notice

This notice explains how NJN Consulting ("we", "us") collects, uses and protects your personal information when you visit njn.co.za or submit a form. We process personal information in line with South Africa's Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to measure site usage. No analytics cookies are set unless you click Accept on our cookie banner. Until you consent, analytics storage is denied and IP addresses are anonymised. You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing your browser's site data. We do not use advertising cookies.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We use a small number of processors to operate the site and deliver our services:

How long we keep it

Form submissions and any uploaded files are retained only as long as needed to respond to your request and for reasonable follow-up, after which they are deleted. Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics' standard retention settings.

How we protect it

The site is served over HTTPS. Uploaded files and form data are transmitted securely. Access to submissions is limited to NJN Consulting.

Your rights under POPIA

You have the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to processing, and to lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator (South Africa). To exercise any of these rights, email johan@njn.co.za.
